I have my PC setup to run a PowerShell script late at night that downloads data from DOORS and then makes a report and mails it. So my DXL script goes through several modules and writes data files. After it is done, a separate program is launched which produces a report. The issue I am having is that, after the DXL script has finished successfully (no errors) I get this message:
" Press return to exit DOORS."
So, the DXL script process never actually finishes because it is waiting for this interactive key-press to exit. Is there a way to avoid it?
The DXL script is being launched with a command like this:
C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\DOORS\9.6\bin\doors.exe -data "mydatabase" -o READ_ONLY -O READ_ONLY -batch "myscript.dxl" -u "myuser" -P "mypassword"

Re: Avoiding: Press return to exit DOORS. Please disregard my question. I just found that the non-error "prints" in my DXL script were causing this. Also, the -W flag might have helped too, but I do want it to stop when something goes wrong. |
